Coalition Plan

Early Learning Coalitions are required to operate based on biennially plan approved by the Office of Early Learning (OEL). The detailed plan includes Coalition Operations, Implementation, Quality Activities and Services, Financial Management, Monitoring, and the Coalition Plan Validations.
